Navigators from about 2018 onwards have the adaptive air suspension, and the common failure is a leaking air spring or a tired compressor. Ask whoever inspects it to cycle the height settings and listen for the compressor running longer than normal. Also get a full module scan, because the SYNC and electrical gremlins often sit as stored faults.

Had a Navigator checked a while back and the inspector found a rear air strut that was slowly sagging overnight. I'd never have noticed on a test drive. Leave it parked for a few hours before the inspection so any slow leak shows up in the ride height.
