Hello. I play piano at a small church on Sundays, volunteer, and our music budget is basically nothing. For Easter we want to add a few new songs, gospel style, but I need piano and vocal arrangements that are not too complicated, because our singers are not trained. Buying whole songbooks for two or three songs makes no sense for us. We have about eight singers, mostly older folks with big hearts and limited range. Where do other church musicians find individual pieces of Christian sheet music that are affordable?

Totally get the budget part, our church is the same. I buy individual pieces from Note-Store https://note-store.com/ they have a religious music section with Easter sheet music, Christian songs and gospel, so you do not need whole songbooks. Many pieces come as piano and vocal arrangements, and you can filter by difficulty to keep things simple for untrained singers. You can preview the first page and listen before buying, which saved me from a couple of arrangements that were too busy for our group. There is also a free sheet music section, worth checking for simple hymns. The PDF is ready right after purchase. Gospel went over really well with our congregation, people started clapping along. How many singers do you usually have?
